March 10th: Nomination Forms Due (Word Limit: 250 words max for all nominators)

March 17th: Vision Statements Due (Word Limit: 400 words, 800 for ViceChair/ Chair)

Membership
As mentioned at large group & our constitution, CCF will be conducting a membership sign up as part of our election process. As part of UTSU’s student club regulations, only current U of T students, staff, faculty member or alumni are allow to vote during elections. If you are not from U of T and are part of UTCCF, you are still encouraged to take part in our elections night by asking questions to the nominees and actively praying for them. The membership form will also serve as a census for our fellowship, and we would like to extend our invitation for you (both U of T and non U of T) to sign up for membership.
For those whom would like to vote on elections night, it is <extremely important for you to sign up for membership as each committee candidate is required to get at least ⅔ votes from members in order to be officially elected. A question requesting your availability of attendance on March 25th (elections night) is on the membership form. For those whom cannot attend the night and would still like to vote, you are able to cast your vote electronically.
